Reatile believes CNG Holdings is a natural fit to its current businesses and has a total shareholding of 25.01% in CNG Holdings. CNG Holdings through its subsidiary VGN (Virtual Gas Network) distributes natural gas by large cylinders to customer locations using fit-for-purpose flatbed trucks. It has also rolled out natural gas service stations in Gauteng with four service stations in operation and another two in the pipeline.
